Vortech provides specialised cleaning & hygiene equipment and services to a variety of businesses in the food industry. In most cases our products and services are offered on a monthly rental basis which includes equipment cleaning and servicing, chemical replenishment and electrical and mechanical maintenance.
Beyond the quality of our insulated soak tanks (Thermotanks), stainless steel
grease traps and patented ozone generators, we intimately understand that our
solutions are only as good as their day-to-day application. For that reason, all our services include on-site training, monthly store visits and a 48-hour repair and
maintenance commitment.
Underpinning all our product choices is a true commitment to a sustainable environment. That is why our Insulated Soak Tanks use 80% less electricity than conventional soak tanks and why our proprietary chemical agent, Vorchem –
needed to break down the chemical bonds formed by the burnt on black carbon on the bottom of pots and pans – is SABS approved, fully HACCP compliant, 100% bio-degradable and eco-friendly.
Our Surface Sanitising and Food Preservation technology uses the natural power of Ozone to kill bacteria without the use of chemicals or agents harmful to the environment.
All the Grease Trap (Fat Trap) waste we collect is properly processed and recycled at certified sites and our grease trap bio-remediation solutions rely only on naturally occurring, beneficial microbes to break down fats, oils and greases (FOGS).
